Tim Jennings and Leanne Ponder live here in East Montpelier, in the heart of the Green Mountain state.

Sheefra plays Irish and Scottish unwritten traditional classics: lively jigs and hornpipes, side by side with some of the grander, more contemplative, heart-stirring and poignant elements of the repertoire, including compositions of O'Carolan.

We play by ear and by heart, which fortunately for us is the right way to play this music.

We work as a duo; our instruments are harp and concertina. We also perform as a trio with our friend, the wonderful flutist Berta Frank.
